CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION
INSTAGRAM COMPETITION
1. Scope of application/exemption of Instagram
These conditions of participation apply to all competitions that we run via the Instagram profile under "kleine.bleibe". This promotion is in no way connected to Instagram and is in no way sponsored, supported or organized by Instagram. All information in the context of the competitions is provided exclusively by Fröhlich Hellmann GbR, owner of Kleine Bleibe, as the organizer of the competition and is the data controller within the meaning of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
2. Eligible participants/participation
By participating in the competition, the Instagram user expressly accepts these general terms and conditions of participation. Both customers and non-customers of Kleine Bleibe are eligible to participate. The competition begins at the time of publication on our Instagram profile. Participation is only possible until the specified draw time. The relevant times can be found in the details of the competition on our Instagram profile in the respective competition post. Depending on the competition, participation is possible, for example, by liking, commenting on and sharing a post in our Instagram timeline; this can be found in the respective competition post. Each participant may only take part once in an identical competition. Any natural person under their own name who is at least 18 years old is eligible to participate. Participants who have already reached the age of sixteen but are not yet of legal age may only take part in the competition with the consent of their legal guardian.
3. Winnings/Win determination/Win handover
The prize will be stated in the respective competition posting. Payment of the prize value in cash or exchange of the prize is excluded. The prize is non-transferable. The winner(s) will be selected immediately after the end of the competition, usually at random. The winner(s) will be informed via a personal message on Instagram. Each winner must contact the "kleine.bleibe" page via Instagram message within 5 working days and provide personal details of their home address and contact details. If a winner does not respond within this period, a new winner will be chosen. The prizes will be handed over to the winner digitally by email.
4. Data protection
All participants' Instagram names will be recorded and stored exclusively for the purpose of determining the winner. All personal data will be deleted no later than 30 days after the end of the competition, but the comments on Instagram will remain and can still be viewed publicly. Participants are entitled to statutory rights to information, amendment and revocation. Participants can withdraw their declared consent to the use of personal data at any time. The revocation must be sent in writing to the address given in the legal notice. Once consent has been withdrawn, the participant's personal data that has been collected and stored will be deleted immediately. Participation in the competition is then no longer possible.
5. Premature termination of the competition
The organizer reserves the right to change, cancel or terminate the competition due to unforeseen circumstances without prior notice with regard to the competition components. The latter applies in particular if software and/or hardware errors occur and/or other technical and/or legal reasons influence the regular and proper execution of the competition or make it impossible.
6. Miscellaneous
Legal recourse is excluded. German law shall apply exclusively. Should individual provisions of these terms of use be or become invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining terms of use. These terms of use may be amended by Fröhlich Hellmann GbR at any time without separate notification.
