CANCELLATION OPTIONS

Dear guests,

an emergency or illness can always lead to not being able to start a trip as planned. We therefore recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance. In addition, we would like to ask you to contact us at any time so that we can find a common solution for a cancellation.

Basically, we offer the following cancellation options:

If you cancel up to 60 days before your arrival, you will receive 100% of the total price back.
If you cancel 59 - 14 days before your arrival we will refund 50% of the total amount.
In case of cancellation from 14 days to one day before your arrival we will refund 20% of the total amount.
And if you do not come at all on the day of arrival? In this case we can not guarantee a refund.
